Awesome time. Atmosphere is everything and it was delivered. Too bad the Chiefs had to lose in the last two minutes. The fans are definately a team member.

Another horrible performance by the players and several coaching blunders to match. This offense lacks leadership and a good offense line. We are in for a long season. If there is a bright side, it appears as if the defense is improving, although it is tough to get a good read when you play an offense as bad as the Raiders. They couldn't hold it together at the end either. I have Red Reserve parking and I have to say that the situation gets worse every year. The more jerks that you put out there holding yellow ribbon, the more difficult it becomes to park and set up a good tailgate. What ever happen to the days of 2 guys holding glow wands like you see on runways at the airports.

Had a great time at the game yesterday. This is the second year in a row that my husband and I have gone to watch the Chiefs and Raiders at Arrowhead. Although I was cheering for the Chiefs and more specifically, MATT CASSEL, I have to admit that I was also there to watch D Mac as he is from Arkansas and I used to watch him play for the Hogs.

Stadium upgrades were great. Seats were really good. Chiefs need improving but are going to get better!!! We had printed our tickets off from the internet and didn't have any trouble scanning them through! Tailgaiting was fun!

Chiefs had the stats and the opportunties, but could not pull out the win. They have a tough schedule, but I have confidence we are going to win a few games. Whether the Chiefs win or lose, we always have a GREAT time with friends and other fans tailgating in the Chiefs parking lot. Go Chiefs!

You should definately go to a game if you get the chance its so fun. No matter who your team is you need to go to a chiefs game. Best crowd ever.

It is too early to tell whether there is marked improvement on this team but there were definate bright spots. The crowd went crazy on the Chief's first sack. It was definately a preseason game. The crowd was not spectacular but moderate in size. Rain made the fans clear out rather quickly. But it was still an enjoyable game. Inside Arrowhead was amazing. Concourses are much wider and more conducive to movement. Restraunts are updated. Bathrooms larger. The only issue was the new construction which did restrict some movement around the stadium.

It was a soggy, sloppy evening of preseason football. Very disappointing.

The Chiefs have to work hard to show improvement. A lot of the team is new but they reminded me of last year.

Whether you are a fan or not, this stadium needs to be on your bucket list. I purchased this package for my husband for his wedding gift. He is a Chiefs fan and has never been to the stadium for a game. We didn't know the weather would be rough but we endured the freezing rain all six hours. It was totally worth it. I splurged and bought tickets for the stadium tour including field pass and what a great experience that was. Definitely encourage any fan to purchase this package. We rec'd a yearbook and lanyard to add to our brag book. The only thing I wish would have happened while we were on the field watching warm ups and practice that a player would have come over to greet the guests who were on the side line. It would have been the cherry on top to get an autograph.

Let me start by saying that I am a Steelers fan, but the loss did not affect my rating. Without Big Ben, we only had a small chance to win, so that was unavoidable. Now, as far as the game environment, Arrowhead Stadium is always an entertaining place to go to a football game. The fans are usually friendly enough to visitors, and keep the banter fun. Getting into the stadium, however is another issue entirely. Starting with parking. We arrived to the booth to pay for parking at approximately 11:15, which should have, theoretically, had us in the game in time to see the opening kickoff. First, for $30, you would think that the entire parking complex would be paved. That is certainly not the case. We were directed to a gravel "parking lot," which we sat in for 20 minutes without moving because the cars in front of us were not moving. I could hear the police officers ahead of us telling people that there simply is nowhere else to park. They got in their golf cart, and left the area. Finally, after almost 55 minutes (from the time I paid for parking until I got to park) we were finally able to walk from the car to the stadium. Seeing approximately 75 to 100 completely empty spots (still in general parking areas, not the RED or GOLD lots) was certainly irritating. Then, after the trek from the car, we get close enough to the stadium to stand in line for about 5 minutes to go through security checks, then to the line to get our tickets scanned. If not for the parking issues, this could have been an enjoyable game (despite the final game results).

Took my 15 year old son to his first NFL game. It was a great mother - son bonding weekend. Great seats for the price and the weather was perfect!

Being a Chiefs fan since 10 and now 58, that was my first live Chiefs Game and although we lost I was still a winner just for being there in Arrowhead. I flew in for the game from VA and have never been so happy as when I parked my car in the lot and saw the Red Sea. I still feel good.

Arrowhead ROCKS. Fans are nice to opposing-team fans but watch out as they are loud!!!! (seriously, earplugs might not be a bad idea especially if the game is going to be a particularly raucous one) Tailgating is second to none. Venue is large yet has the feel of a college game. Superb video boards, music, and especially the CHIEFS!

it was a great game and this was the first time I did not have to wear coat, boots. gloves and a hot but pad. Weather was great. The seats we had were in a good place. Would like to have the seats full time.

It was amazing. Go Chiefs! The view was perfect to watch the game and a great atmosphere.

We travel 3hrs one way and attend at least 3 games a year. Arrowhead is one of the best stadiums to attend an event in. I have sat in most every section and I don't think there is really a bad seat in the house. The way Arrowhead is designed, even if you sit in the upper decks, like we did this time, you still have a great view of all the action. If you have never been there, you need to go, at least just once. As a Chiefs fan, the game was a lot of fun, as they usually are.

My girlfriend and our boys had a blast. Lots of things going on outside the stadium before game. Only downfall chiefs fans and very rude when they lose. But still had a blast

I had so much fun! I bought the tickets in August and waited until November to surprise my dad, who is a big chiefs fan. We both had a great time!

A beautiful calm, sunny day for football. Olympic-level cheers as usual. I took my niece's daughter, who loved the college atmosphere, bright colors, and all the excited fans. One of the few stadiums where I feel like we all are one big Chiefs' family! People give hi fives all around them, anyone in arms' reach. No need to be shy! Just great fan-to-fan and fan-to-player support. We had lots of fun distractions before the game; face-painting, photos against green screens, free food samples. We never get bored here! What a beautiful entrance into the stadium, bordered by wild-flowers on the edges - a great photo moment. You can almost hear an angelic choir as your car comes over a slight hill on I70 to reveal majestic Arrowhead in the distance. We are Chiefolk from Wisconsin!

Was a perfect day for tailgating & enjoying another Chiefs win !

There were a lot more people at Arrowhead than Ive seen in previous years so get there earlier. You can arrive as early as 7:30 for a noon game. The chiefs have added speakers & a few other things to get the fans going as they head toward the stadium. They are trying hard to show how mych they value the fan experience sk uf yiuve stayed away recently, give a Chiefs game at Arrowhead another try.

The tailgate party was awesome and the game was awesome and my Kansas city chiefs won and i am very happy.

Parking was expensive and cash only. Don't buy the advanced parking because it can only be redeemed at certain gates and it costs the same.

I had a very fun time. Tailgating was a blast with KC fans. The stadium was really nice considering I love the Broncos. The Broncos didn't play their best but a great time regardless! I have a youtube channel of the experience youtube.com/turbodaze

Absolutely amazing time and would do it again! Had great seats, and everything went better then I thought it would. Got to our gate and got in within 5 min of the gates opening. The people working were so nice and helpful. Music was great in the stadium and the fans were crazy loud. Had an unbelievable time!!!!

The game itself was good but we noticed there were fewer workers there and fewer options for a fan to purchase there. For example instead of getting a booklet for the Chiefs we got a two page handout of the Chiefs. There were other examples such as the drink selection that it sure seems like they've cut back on costs for the fans.

Arrowhead is a very nice stadium! All the fans were great and very friendly even if you were a fan of the opposing team. I am not a fan of either team but it was still a fun atmosphere and I would definitely attend again and recommend to anyone who loves football!

It seems like there is a new company handling the parking and it was more disorganized than I remember. They had nobody in some areas and 3-4 people in others pointing in different directions. The stadium experience was the same. The Chiefs organization did a great job honoring the military: it's too bad that the Chiefs team put forth an awful performance. I will still go next year but I hope the parking attendants are more organized.

Well, the trip to Arrowhead was everything you can expect it to be. The 9/11 ten year tribute was great and very emotional. The stadium was beautiful, the weather was great, the tailgaters were out in plenty for a nice beginning to the day. The game started, the crowd was very loud as was expected, but the home team played terrible. So, after about 12:30 pm, the experience was terrible.

Sunday, January 9th when the Chiefs took on the Ravens in Arrowhead stadium. Tailgating was abundant, so were blankets & hunting gear. Getting tickets online was a cinch. UPS delivered them without a bend. Ticketmaster is reliable, fast & user-friendly. Thank you for helping me get to an event that I've waited years to attend.

The game was great...up until the point were we started losing, then lost the game. But other than that it was a fun day. The Playoff atmosphere was terrific! Hopefully we will make it there again next year! Go Chiefs!

The stadium is great and we had fantastic seats. We were at the Chiefs' endzone with no rows in front of us to block our view. Only two drawbacks were that the Chiefs lost and that it was so darn cold!!!!!

The stadium is awesome the fans were ornery but likable. We had a great time and plan on bringing my parents who are chiefs fans and our children that are 9 and 7 years old to see next years Raiders vs. Chiefs game. The experience was amazing from the tailgating to the game. Even if we would have lost (which we didn't) it would be an experience we will never forget.

16 Degree temps or not we really enjoyed our visit to the New Arrowhead Stadium! The sightlines were awesome, not a bad seat in the house and the team was hot. The facility is just awesome. Very Impressive. We sat on the home sideline and had our own alternate seating area called the Horizon Level with plenty of screens, restrooms, food and drink and still with great sightlines. Opposite the field side is a great view of the KC skyline and the bright Sun.

It was my family's first NFL game. my son is a broncos fan and I am a chiefs fan. Our seats were incredible. The stadium was great too. We loved it.

The stadium is great. Any seat not in a a nosebleed section is a great view of the action and close. Plenty of vendors for food, drink and gear everywhere. Gate attendants are fast and thorough. Parking and seat size could be better but what stadium doesn't have these issues. I wouldn't suggest buying a parking pass unless you are spending 200+ for a great one. Over all it was a pretty great fan experience.

Guinness book of World Records Loudest outdoor stadium. It s fricking loud. The roar of the crowd is insane. Everyone was super cool, no one was giving the visiting team fans a hard time. We even drank beers with some Charger fans. Great environment. It s an NFL stadium so everything is over priced as you can imagine. Arrowhead is famous for having a great seat no matter where you sit. This is true because I ve sat almost everywhere. Highly recommended.

We drove to Kansas City from North Dakota, wanted to experience an nfl game at arrowhead stadium. Well worth the travel! Did not disappoint!! The fans, the stadium, the atmosphere, the ENERGY all was awesome!! Would go again in a heartbeat. Would highly recommend going!!!

Great outdoor stadium. While Jerry may have his huge indoor stadium (there for a high school game and tour); it doesn't compare to Arrowhead's outdoor venue. This is how football is supposed to be watched. The jets flyover, the crowd involvement, and the fireworks and flames for the beginning and each score.

Took my wife to her first NFL game and we had a blast. From tailgating to watching the game. Even though her Broncos lost....lol. She can't wait to do it again But she said it will definitely be at start of season when it's not so cold.

First time visitor to KC & Arrowhead. Definitely recommend experiencing a game at this stadium. It is unreal. Does ticketmaster work with buyers if they want to obtain the physical ticket stubs from a game? I'd like to frame them if they can be tracked down!

Great time & Arrowhead is crossed off my bucket list! If in upper deck (hyvee gates) must arrive early (2hrs +), we got in ticket line an hour before kickoff & still missed whole 1st quarter???

First off getting in or out of Arrowhead parking lots is atrocious. I have never been stuck in traffic as long as I was here to get in or out of a football game. The food and drink vendors are everywhere so it's quick and easy to get but still very expensive. Bathrooms are small so you wait in lines every time so don't wait till the last minute to go. View from section 328 was great but people never stop walking the staircase so you have to watch it on the big tv, if I wanted that I could have stayed home and not froze.

The Tailgating was amazing! Everyone was so friendly, not only to my family, but to the visiting teams fans! The game was perfect (Chiefs won). The employees at the stadium were VERY helpful in making a memorable first time experience for my wife and son. The party lasted LONG after the game was over. All other NFL team fans should come and experience what excitement looks like for a whole day of football.

Was a fun time everybody had a good time Chiefs fans were even decent.

The fans were amazing and the place was loud that's about all I have to say that's good. Parking is over priced and slow, Security to get in to the game took over an hour and people were walking around the metal detector when we got to the gate and then after waiting an hour to go through security we have to wait in another line to check tickets. Seats were good but absolutely no staff to help us find them. At halftime we go to get food and 3 food carts were out of food already.

I drove over 600 miles from Colorado to watch my Chiefs beat the Raiders on Thursday night. It was worth the drive and Arrowhead is an awesome place with an incredible atmosphere. Arrowhead is so much nicer and better than Sports Authority Field! I want to go to another game at Arrowhead Stadium

The chiefs are a sight to see, of course stadiums always have room for improvements, but who doesn't?? Anyone who misses out on this chiefs experience is missing out on great football!!

The game was pretty good from these seats although there were some problems seeing the game due to fans getting in your field of view.

I love going to see a game here and the stadium is so loud. Sitting basically on the field is the best!

Club is defiantly the way to go! There were no lines to get food, drinks, or the bathroom. Since the last time I was there they enclosed all of club so you can go inside to cool off or warm up when you need too! The bathrooms were surprisingly clean for being at a stadium like this!

If you are even considering going to Arrowhead to a Chiefs game, Just Do It!!! Worth every penny! Had an awesome time. friendly people and overall one of the best NFL games I've traveled to. Just get there early to take in all of the fun!

Was great to see so many Packer fans (prob 1/2 of the crowd). Make sure you buy your parking permit online also. Its cheaper and convenient

On this cold but bearable January game, the Chiefs stomped the Raiders in my groups second annual Raiders Rematch! The tailgate was crisp and enjoyable, the venue was top-notch, and the Chiefs 10th-in-a-row Franchise-record-setting WIN was the best way to start the New Year I could ever imagine. Thank you Kansas City and KC Chiefs for this epic Sunday. Now, let's go win some playoff games!

Got these tickets for my father for Christmas, as he is a big Chiefs fan and had never been to an NFL game. Despite it being freezing, I was just relieved that we drove three hours to see a winning game!! Next time for a similar price, I'll try to go club level.

I'm a Raiders fan and was almost surrounded by KC fans who were friendly, banter was expected by it was all in good fun. Will be doing this again next year for sure

What a great place to see a game! The club level was AWSOME from the physical plant to the personnel. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I have been to multiple NFL games and this was my favorite so far! The Chiefs fans are very friendly and treated the Raider fans with respect and hospitality!! I became a Chiefs fan!!

I could not believe before the game even started that the Eli Young Band forgot the words to the Star Spangled Banner!!! That kind of ruined the mood for me and when they couldn't even correct themselves; that was awful. Other than that; the game was amazing, as they always are, and the atmosphere is one of the best in the NFL. ALso, there is never a bad seat in the stadium!!! All seats offer great views!

Everything about this stadium is a joke. The parking is the most unorganized piece of crap I've ever seen...no one directing traffic, no organization and the cops that are suppose to be there directing traffic were doing absolutely nothing(sitting in their cars looking at their phones). The price for concessions is a joke and I understand this is normal but get the hell out of here with 10 dollars for a hot dog and 10 bucks for a beer. I hope this outdated, dump of a stadium burns down

We attended the Raiders @ Chiefs game last Sunday! It was, as you might imagine, an emotionally charged day! All in all, it was a wonderful experience for me, my wife and son! I recommend it highly! Thanks!

Seats were great, event was great. Two downsides- people were constantly standing up in front of me, causing me to either stand up and strain to see, or relegated to watching the monitors, and the TV camera lady got in our way many times. Parking was terrible. I had to park almost a mile away from the stadium.

The weather was Super and the Stadium is beautiful and the Chiefs WON!

i I had a great time at the game this past weekend. The Chiefs lost by only 2 points. The game was exciting throughout. It was cold, but the hot chocolate warmed me up significantly. I am going to try to make it back before the season ends. Those of us in Missouri need to support the Chiefs as our only NFL team for the state. I am going to get season tickets next year! Arrowhead was a good time weather your a chiefs fan or not.

Great game for the home crowd. Only problem was, I'm a SF 49er fan. So is one of my sons and the other is a Chiefs fan. I especially liked the fact that we were not harrased by anyone from the home crowd. They even shook our hands after the game. A great game atmosphere and a lot of fun, even though my team was not doing so well. My hats off to the Cheifs and wish them a great season.

Overall good experience but could improve signage to locate seats, gates, etc. Very friendly guest services staff. $60 to park in a gravel lot seems excessive.

Might of been one of the greatest experiences of my life. The new Aarowhead is awsome! The atmosphere was electric. They blacked out the stadium and put on a laser light show with fireworks wich was amazing. The crowd kept Phillip Rivers frustrated all Game. And to top it off, THE CHIEFS WON!

Great place to watch a game, nice facility. We sat in the clud section,. second level, corner endzone, highly recomend, everyone was friendly and helpful.

We went in the stadium as Bills fans and was nervous about the reception we would get! We were greatly surprised! All the fans around us with exception of very few were amazing! We even brought our young daughter and they high fiving her and cheering with her. The seats were amazing and I am surprised I got such a good deal on tickets! We will defiantly be visiting Arrowhead Stadium again! A plus was the stadium was clean (at least the parts we went in). Parking was a little rough as excepted.

The game was kind of borring in the first half, but it got really exiting by the second. The croud was amazing b/c everyone was into the game screeaming and clapping. It was a really nice enviroment to be in, especially since it was my first time to be at a NFL game. definately will recomend it and I will definately go back.

Arrowhead Stadium is a once-in-a-lifetime tailgating experience and Fan Experience. The stadium is beautiful and the fans are amazing. My only qualm is that the football team is difficult to watch right now but that has nothing to do with the venue or the tickets. I recommend adding this Stadium to your NFL "bucket list" as it is a once-in-a-lifetime unique Stadium experience.

I had a GREAT time at my very first live NFL game. To top it off, the Raiders won in a very close game. We had great seats and enjoyed all aspects of the game and facility. Our only complaint was the over zealous Chiefs fan who used profanity regularly and loudly! We just tuned him out!

There s nothing like attending football games at the stadium. Win or lose, experiencing a game in person is impossible to explain. Tailgating and comradery are what it s all about. Fans at Arrowhead are polite and treat the opposing team fans respectfully.

Traffic flow in and out of the stadium is absolutely unacceptable. No staff to direct traffic so it was like Lord of the Flies trying to exit the parking lot. Frustration trying to exit the stadium made the poor play of the team and even bigger disappointment. Rude fans swearing around little kids made the venue less than family friendly. My advice is to leave your kids at home and only go if you d like to get drunk and wallow in misery with the other drunken frat boy-like fans.
